DOMINONO GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OFFER: MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com") and Domino's Pizza LLC are offering individuals with MLB.com accounts the opportunity to receive a promotional code redeemable at www.dominos.com or through any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications with a carryout order of one (1) medium two-topping Handmade Pan Pizza (the "Promotion"). The first (1st) 52,000 Eligible Fans (as defined below) who register at MLB.com/dominono beginning at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 12, 2015, through 11:59 p.m. PT on October 17, 2015 (the "Promotion Window") will be emailed a promotion code, which code for the first (1st) 27,000 may be redeemed at www.dominos.com or through any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications for Free Pizza (defined below), and for the second (2nd) 25,000 (i.e., 27,001 through 52,000) may be redeemed at www.dominos.com or through any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications for Discount Pizza (defined below). (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] of each Free Pizza is $7.99, prices may vary and any difference in value will not be awarded. .) Promotion codes will be available during the Promotion Window while supplies last, and must be claimed and redeemed during the Promotion Window. Limit one (1) promotion code per Eligible Fan, while supplies last.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to individuals with valid MLB.com accounts ("Eligible Fans"). Offer valid in US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted.

HOW TO OBTAIN A PROMOTION CODE: During the Promotion Window, Eligible Fans must go to MLB.com/dominono and register by submitting his/her MLB.com username and password. Upon verification of eligibility, MLB.com will email such Eligible Fan the promotion code to the email address associated with his/her MLB.com account. Any attempt by an Eligible Fan to obtain more than one (1) promotion code may void that Eligible Fan's promotion code request and that Eligible Fan may be disqualified. MLB.com is not responsible for email which is returned as non-deliverable or filtered or deleted by participant's email settings.

HOW TO REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE: During the Promotion Window, Eligible Fans must go to www.dominos.com, or use any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications, and enter the sixteen (16) digit promotion code during checkout. The promotion code may be entered in the designated area on the checkout page, or wherever coupon codes may be entered via the online channel being used to order. Promotion code may be redeemed for Free Pizza or Discount Pizza, as applicable, from participating store locations only. Use of the Dominos.com website and/or mobile or tablet applications is governed by the applicable site or application terms of use and privacy policy.

FREE PIZZA TERMS: Promotion code will be valid on a carryout order placed online at www.dominos.com or through any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications for one (1) medium two-topping Handmade Pan Pizza from participating Domino's store locations in the continental United States ("Free Pizza"). Promotion codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Promotion codes expire at 11:59 pm PT on October 17, 2015. Free Pizza will not be offered outside of the Promotion Window, regardless of circumstance. Individual Domino's store participation may vary. Eligible Fan is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with Free Pizza acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, incurred by accepting the Free Pizza are the sole responsibility of the participant. All Free Pizza details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Domino's Pizza LLC.

DISCOUNT PIZZA TERMS: Promotion code will be valid on an order placed online at www.dominos.com or through any of Domino's mobile or tablet applications for fifty percent (50%) off the menu price of one (1) Domino's pizza from participating Domino's store locations in the continental United States ("Discount Pizza"). Promotion codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Promotion codes expire at 11:59 pm PT on October 17, 2015. Discount Pizza will not be offered outside of the Promotion Window, regardless of circumstance. Individual Domino's store participation may vary. Eligible Fan is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with Discount Pizza acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, incurred by accepting the Discount Pizza are the sole responsibility of the participant. All Discount Pizza details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Domino's Pizza LLC.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: MLBAM reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond MLBAM's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the Promotion, as determined by MLBAM in its sole discretion. MLBAM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process to obtain or redeem a promotion code or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, MLBAM and Domino's Pizza LLC reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on an applicable website and/or the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in MLBAM's sole and absolute discretion. MLBAM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In the event that the Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, MLBAM reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Promotional Parties (as defined below) shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.

As a condition of the Promotion, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the MLB.com Privacy Policy and MLB.com Website Terms of Use; (b) to release and hold harmless MLBAM, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities ("MLB Entities"), Domino's Pizza LLC and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, distributors and independent franchisees, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, (collectively, "Promotional Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action, injuries, damages and/or liabilities that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use or misuse of the promotion code, Free Pizza or Discount Pizza, or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the promotion code, Free Pizza or Discount Pizza; (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain award for, and each participant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (d) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, any Free Pizza or any Discount Pizza or any advertising, marketing, promotion or publicity materials in connection therewith, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (e) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual third-party out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (f) remedies are limited to a claim for money damages, if any, and participant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

The Promotional Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors or omissions relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or any errors appearing in any Promotion-related materials including, without limitation, errors in advertising, the Terms and Conditions or the distribution of promotion codes. The Promotional Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider, computer systems, servers, or software, or failure of any registration or email to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's computer and/or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of participants or the Promotional Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws.
