2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Opportunity

Registration for the 2016 All-Star Week Ticket Opportunity has ended.

The only way to guarantee the opportunity to purchase ticket strips to the 2016 All-Star Week is through Platinum or Gold Membership. A limited amount of inventory has been set aside for new Platinum and Gold Members to purchase if you secure your Membership by May 8. Padres Membership Information

Each All-Star ticket strip includes:

  • One (1) ticket for All-Star Sunday featuring SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game and All-Star Legends & Celebrities Softball Game on Sunday, July 10
  • One (1) ticket for Gatorade All-Star Workout Day featuring the T-Mobile Home Run Derby on Monday, July 11
  • One (1) ticket for the 87th All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 12
  • Two (2) tickets for 2016 MLB All-Star FanFest
  • One (1) Official 2016 MLB All-Star Game Commemorative Program

Registration for the 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips purchase opportunity begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, November 16, 2015, and will close at 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 (the "Registration Period"). The Padres will conduct a random drawing from among the pool of eligible registrations received during the Registration Period to determine the selected registrants, who will have the opportunity to purchase 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips. Tickets for MLB All-Star Week events will be sold as "strips" only. Each 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strip includes one (1) All-Star Sunday ticket, one (1) All-Star Monday ticket, one (1) All-Star Tuesday ticket, two (2) single-day MLB All-Star FanFest tickets for use by registrant and one (1) guest, and one (1) Official MLB All-Star Game Program. There are no exceptions to this policy. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each registrant selected. If a selected registrant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a Ticket Strip. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Selected registrants may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration. In addition, you must complete and submit the registration form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only registrations submitted to Padres.com during the Registration Period via the online form provided above will be entered in the random drawing. Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

Random Drawings

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips will be held on or about Monday, April 25, 2016. The selected registrants will have the opportunity to purchase 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips. Each registrant selected will be notified on or about Thursday, April 28, 2016, by e-mail sent to the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those registrants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the selected registrant does not respond to such notification by purchasing 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips in the timeframe indicated, a forfeiture of the opportunity will result.

Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the San Diego Padres are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

MLB game dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the San Diego Padres, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Padres ticket holders generally; as such the Padres from time to time may, at its sole discretion, amend policies.

San Diego Padres Season Ticket Member Ticket Strip Policy

Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Members

All Padres Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Members who renewed their seats for 2016 or purchased new seats prior to November 16, 2015, will be invoiced and have the opportunity to purchase ticket strip(s) for all 2016 MLB All-Star events to be held at Petco Park. Tickets for MLB All-Star Week events will be sold as "strips" only. Each strip includes one (1) ticket to each MLB All-Star Week event at Petco Park, two (2) single-day MLB All-Star FanFest tickets for use by Platinum or Gold Season Ticket Member and one (1) guest, and one (1) official MLB All-Star Game program. There are no exceptions to this policy. Due to Major League Baseball requirements, seating locations cannot be guaranteed for 2016 MLB All-Star events. While efforts will be made to provide Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Members with the same or comparable seat location(s) as those held on their 2016 season ticket account, in some cases it may be necessary to relocate these seats for 2016 MLB All-Star Week events. In the event a Platinum or Gold Season Ticket Member must be relocated, the Padres will work to secure the best available alternate location. Platinum and Gold Members who renew or purchase season tickets after November 16, 2015 will have access to a Platinum and Gold Member All-Star Pre-sale Opportunity on April 18, 2016.

MasterCard, the preferred card of Major League Baseball, will offer a special pre-sale opportunity on May 3, 2016 to MasterCard cardholders for 2016 MLB All-Star Week Ticket Strips.
